They’re growing fast - and as they expand their global community, they’re looking for someone detail-loving and people-centred to be the vital link between writers and their in-house experts.


The Admin Coordinator will ensure smooth day-to-day operations across editorial and coaching services. From managing inboxes to fine-tuning systems, your mission is to keep writers happy and internal teams focused, all while maintaining best-in-class support and communication.


Role Highlights

The Admin Coordinator will…

– Be the first point of contact for writer queries, ensuring timely, thoughtful replies

– Manage inboxes, calendars, and scheduling tools to keep the coaching/editorial pipeline flowing

– Maintain and update key digital tools (Hubspot, Notion, Slack, Acuity, Google Calendar)

– Support invoicing and account processes with accuracy and care

– Coordinate team-wide administrative needs to keep the business humming


You Will Need

– Excellent organisation and time management skills

– Strong written and verbal communication, with top-tier attention to detail

– Confidence using digital platforms and user-friendly tech

– A collaborative mindset and can-do approach to evolving projects

– Comfort handling numbers, invoices, and backend finance tasks
