Job Description
As a Client Account Manager (CAM) in the UK&I Water business, you will be a strategic leader driving growth and strengthening our market presence. You will shape client strategies, lead major pursuits, and collaborate across technical, commercial, and operational teams.
Responsibilities
* Drive strategic growth by developing and executing client strategies that deliver long‑term value.
* Influence and inspire senior stakeholders across client organisations as a trusted advisor.
* Own high‑profile pursuits, ensuring compelling, commercially sound proposals aligned with client needs.
* Foster innovation by identifying emerging industry challenges and presenting differentiated solutions.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support delivery and ensure excellence.
* Build AECOM’s brand and reputation across the water sector, reinforcing our market leadership.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in the water sector.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing client strategies that drive sustainable growth.
* Strong track record of winning and leading major pursuits and complex bids.
* Established relationships with senior stakeholders in water utilities or regulators.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to collaborate across technical, commercial, and delivery teams to maximize client value.
