 
        
        We’re looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with an established portfolio of retail and shopping centre partners across Ireland.
This is a field-based, customer-focused role where you’ll act as the key contact for approximately 75 business partners, ensuring seamless installations, excellent service delivery, and continued commercial growth across a fun and diverse product range including kiddie rides, play cranes, photobooths, candy carts, and more.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Customer Relationships
 * Serve as the main point of contact for all customer accounts across Ireland.
 * Build and maintain strong partnerships with landlords, managing agents, and shopping centre management teams.
 * Ensure every customer receives proactive communication, consistent attention, and exceptional service.
 * Oversee contract renewals, proposals, and regular review meetings.
Commercial Growth & Business Development
 * Identify opportunities to grow revenue across existing accounts.
 * Lead negotiations and manage contracts for product installations and renewals.
 * Prepare proposals and presentations that demonstrate value and drive results.
 * Support strategic growth initiatives to maintain market leadership.
Strategic Collaboration
 * Work closely with senior leadership to align on goals and priorities.
 * Share insights from the market to inform business strategy and product performance.
 * Operate independently day-to-day, while maintaining clear communication with the wider commercial team.
Market Awareness
 * Keep ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and retail developments.
 * Represent the company with professionalism and authenticity in every interaction.
What You’ll Bring
 * Proven experience in account management, sales, or commercial partnerships, ideally within retail, property, or shopping centre environments.
 * Strong network and credibility with landlords, management agents, or retail operators.
 * Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
 * Highly motivated, assertive, and able to work autonomously while managing multiple stakeholders.
 * A clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout Ireland (occasional visits to Banbridge required).
