What You’ll Be Doing

13. Maximise call outcomes using multiple sources to gather customer insights.

14. Plan and execute outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.

15. Lead customer conversations focused on relevant solution and product areas.

16. Recommend enhancements by understanding customer requirements.

17. Collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and close deals.

18. Manage your pipeline in our CRM, ensuring accurate updates and timely follow-through.

19. Provide quotations, negotiate pricing, and uphold service level agreements.

20. Use customer insights to shape strategic engagement and position TD SYNNEX as a long-term growth partner.

21. Champion TD SYNNEX’s values in every interaction.

What You’ll Bring

We’re not looking for perfection - we’re looking for passion, purpose, and a track record of making things happen.

22. 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.

23. Strong understanding of the sales process.

24. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, paired with a confident telephone manner and sharp attention to detail.

25. Ability to manage priorities and plan effectively.

26. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM/order systems.

27. Tech experience helps — but curiosity and adaptability matter more.

28. A growth mindset and eagerness to learn, adapt, and improve.
