The Opportunity: Technical Training Instructor
Contract: Permanent
Location: National (Commutable to Cannock)

The Impact you will have:
* Develop and deliver internal technical training courses to Engineers predominantly at Briggs sites (Cannock, Maidenhead or Cannock)
* Work collaboratively with the Technical Training Business Partner to establish the yearly training plan and schedule
* Identify individual engineer skill shortages through assesments and testing
* Establish a close working relationship with Engineering Managers to esnure we have the correct level of engineer support and skill level
* Work collaboratively with the wider Technical Training and Technical teams to drive continuous improvements across our training delivery
* Promote technical eLearning content for Engineers
What will help you to excel in this role:
1. Previous delivery of technical training is desirable
2. An accredited technical qualification is a must
3. Previous experience with MHE or plant equipment is advantageous
