We are recruiting for a hands-on Store Manager to lead a busy fashion retail store in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up, or a current Store Manager looking for a new challenge.

Store Manager Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to deliver strong sales and exceptional customer service
* Drive high visual merchandising standards across the store
* Manage all aspects of retail operations including stock control, staffing, and compliance
* Create a positive and energetic culture on the shop floor
* Analyse KPIs and commercial performance to identify opportunities for growth
* Support the team hands-on during busy trading periods
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or senior retail leader within fast paced retail
* Fashion or lifestyle retail background preferred
* Commercially aware with a strong understanding of KPIs and retail performance
* Passionate about visual standards and customer experience
* Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop a team
* An Assistant Manager ready for the next step or a Store Manager looking for a new challenge
* Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy retail environment
