What You Will Do
* People Leadership: Directly manage, coach and develop a team of Sales Leaders and Clinical Application Specialists while being accountable for financial and demand planning, and building / executing customer acquisition strategies. Continuously improve the technical and business acumen capabilities of the Commercial team by attracting and retaining world‑class commercial and technical talent.
* Financial Performance: Responsible for growth and expansion of sales and profit margins globally to support Pall Medical’s Commercial Strategy. Achieve quarterly and yearly Product Operating Plan targets (Orders, Sales, and Margin). Oversee integrity of opportunity pipeline to provide timely, accurate forecasting of orders and sales per the regular reporting cycles within the entire Cytiva portfolio.
* Business and Industry Acumen: Know, interact, manage professional relations with key customers in the Medical Device and Hospital and Healthcare setting in order to ensure understanding of customer and business needs.
* Customer, Market, and Product Expertise: Understand and analyze market/competitive dynamics and develop commercial plans to capitalize upon opportunities to grow business. Contribute to the new product introduction process with R&D, Marketing, and Product Management to ensure the successful launch of new products.
Who You Are
* Bachelor’s degree Required; advanced degrees and/or formal business training preferred.
* 10+ years of progressive commercial and/or product/business management experience in the life sciences industry, including people leadership experience.
* Experience driving sales in both mature and high growth markets in the Medical Device industry.
* Demonstrated business acumen, business management and resource allocation skills, including business plan and budgeting (P&L) development. Background in launching new products or services globally with measurable impact on revenue growth.
* Demonstrated ability to drive strategic partnerships and contract negotiations with distributors, academic institutions, and commercial clients.
* Experience leading teams through organizational change, market shifts, or product pivots, while maintaining performance and morale. Demonstrated ability to adapt sales strategies quickly in response to evolving customer needs, competitive pressures, and regulatory landscapes.
* Success in building and executing agile go‑to‑market plans under tight timelines and resource constraints. Comfortable navigating complex, matrixed organizations and evolving market dynamics.
* High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic and collaborative relationships.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Practicing knowledge and expertise of Danaher Business Systems (DBS), CP/ACP of DBS tool preferred.
