Crown Garage Honda are looking to recruit an experienced Aftersales Advisor at our King's Lynn branch to oversee the day to day operation of our service front of house.
Main Job Function
As our Service Advisor, you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public at all times. A good telephone manner and the ability to speak to customers is essential. Must be able to work under pressure and using own initiative.
The ideal person will have a friendly approach to customers and an engaging personality, with great attention to detail offering the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in a motor trade customer liaison role is strongly preferred.
A full valid driving licence is also required for this role.
The hours are weekdays 8:00am to 5:00pm and occasional Saturdays on a rota 8:00am to 12:00pm.
Full time or part time candidates would be considered, part-time candidates would be considered on a Job share basis.
Key tasks as a Service Advisor / Administrator.
Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required
Maintain and manage booking diary
Create and print job sheets
Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
Maintain/update customer records
Convert job sheets into invoices, ensuring invoices match any quotations given to customers
Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
Speak to customers to book in vehicles, discuss their requirements and the repair to their vehicles, re: costs and progress of their repairs
Provide 5 star customer service, ensuring every customer is completely satisfied.
