Job Role: Finishing Team Leader – Full time & Permanent Location: Wisbech Shift Pattern: Continentals (12 hour shifts, days and nights 6-6) Key Responsibilities: * Support the Finishing Coordinator to achieve KPIs and quality levels set by the site and ensure day to day running of Finishing lines in the Finishing cell are fully utilised and optimised * Ensure effective handover communication is completed on arrival from the previous shift – covering SQD * Update Shift Manager or relevant department with any key concerns * Carry out 5S audit across cell * Update cell board daily * Attend production meeting * Ensure all machines are running at optimum speed for the style of carton where possible * Have the experience and knowledge of the cell to provide support and training to any new starters or personnel – as and when required * Complete all related paperwork and input data onto the ERP system accurately * Ensure the machine and equipment is maintained to a ‘new like standard’ - raising any Engineering T Cards when necessary ...
