We're looking for a dynamic Product & Application Trainer to join a growing team and help shape the future of clinical education across UK hospitals. This role is great for someone seeking a move from a clinical background, ideally with an overview understanding of endoscopic procedures / equipment and the operating theatre environment (scrub nurse or similar) * Job status – Permanent / Full Time (40 hrs per week / Monday to Friday) * Location – London / South London. Ideally within the M25 or in the immediate surrounding area You’ll be on the move, visiting hospitals, theatre departments, and healthcare facilities across the UK. This is a field-based role with regular travel and overnight stays. What you’ll do * Deliver engaging post-installation training to healthcare professionals. * Ensure users are confident and competent with advanced endoscopic technologies-especially flexible scopes. * Collaborate with hospital staff to design and deliver tailored training programmes. * Use a variety of teaching tools-from handbooks to visual aids-to make learning impactful. * Keep your knowledge sharp through continuous professional development. * Maintain accurate training documentation and support internal training processes. We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds. You’ll thrive in this role if you have: Desired Background A-Level education or equivalent. Experience in operating theatre environments, nursing, or medical engineering (preferred but not essential). Strong communication skills-both written and verbal. Proven ability to organise time and resources effectively. Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. A proactive, calm, and courteous approach to customer interactions. Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player. Manual handling is part of the daily routine. You’ll need to uphold Health & Safety and Quality standards.
