What You’ll Be Doing
As a Non-Pharmacist Manager, you will:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
2. Lead and support a team of pharmacy professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
3. Participate in the full dispensing process, including accuracy checking and preparing medication orders.
4. Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
5. Promote and deliver pharmacy services, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
6. Manage stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and maintain accurate administrative records.
7. Drive business growth through service development and community engagement.
What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this role, you must:
8. Be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
9. Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) and be ACPT-qualified.
10. Have prior experience in a customer-focused pharmacy environment.
11. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
12. Be adaptable, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare.
Desirable
13. Level 2 qualification covering both dispensing and medicine counter assistant duties.
14. Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within community pharmacy.
