Learning Support Assistant – SEN Schools
£93.83–£105.00 per day | Location: Rotherham | Full-Time
Are you a passionate and patient individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs? We’re recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for a variety of SEN schools across Rotherham, supporting students with Autism, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) needs, and complex learning difficulties.
About the Role
* Full-time, ongoing positions in supportive SEN school settings
* Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who may be non-verbal, struggle to engage in lessons, or need emotional and behavioural support
* Support students aged 5–18 in classrooms of reduced size to ensure a calm and personalised learning environment
* Collaborate with teachers and therapists to help deliver tailored education and care
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals with:
* Previous experience working with SEN students (in schools, care, youth work or similar)
* A calm, patient, and caring nature
* Flexibility to adapt to the needs of different pupils and settings
* A valid Child & Adult Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply – we can help with this)

Roles are available across Rotherham and surrounding areas.
Pay
£93.83 to £105.00 per day, depending on experience and responsibilities.
