WHAT YOU'LL NEED
12. Long-term experience behind the bar in a high-end venue
13. Knowledge of regulations related to alcohol service
14. Passion and knowledge of non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers
15. Awareness of market trends, ability to create and innovate existing drink lists alongside our Head of Beverage
16. Strong understanding of financial aspects of the bar operation towards cost effective strategies, including expertise of stock control and ordering
17. Experience with staff scheduling, training and development
