We are looking to recruit a Senior Land Manager to join our Teesside team at an exciting time. Backed by private equity, Miller Homes is amidst a rapid growth strategy. We seek someone with ambition and a proven track record in land acquisition to join our team!

We are strategically positioned across ten regions, with a strong presence in sought-after suburban locations. Backed by private equity, we are actively looking to identify and purchase land for future development in the Teesside region.
Our skilled land teams have an extensive understanding of the planning system and an enviable track record of delivering commercially viable planning consents. We specialize in problem-solving, finding technical solutions for complex sites, and addressing longstanding issues.

Requirements:
* Experience of land acquisition, preferably in a private house building environment
* Knowledge of legal, technical, and planning matters related to land acquisition
* An established contact base within the prescribed region/area
* Relevant degree/professional qualifications, or similar by experience
