What you’ll do

If you’re passionate about communications, engagement and making a difference to the mental health and wellbeing of young children, this is an opportunity to lead the promotion and growth of Anna Freud’s Early Years in Mind network, creating engaging content, building relationships with professionals across the sector, and helping to expand the reach and impact of a nationally significant early years initiative.

* Lead content and communications activity by creating and coordinating newsletters, web content, resources and multimedia materials that engage and inform early years professionals
* Grow and develop the Early Years in Mind network by building relationships with practitioners and stakeholders, gathering feedback, and increasing membership and engagement across the UK

You are a creative and organised communications professional with experience developing engaging content across digital channels and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You combine excellent writing and project management skills with a passion for improving outcomes for children and young people, and are motivated by the opportunity to grow a national network that supports early years professionals.

* Experience creating and delivering engaging content across multiple channels, including websites, newsletters, digital platforms and social media
* Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to professional audiences
* Experience using content management systems (CMS) and managing the development of digital and/or print communications from concept to delivery
