The Resilience Support Coordinator plays a vital supporting role in ensuring Camden is prepared for, can respond to, and recover from emergencies that may impact our community.
Working within the framework of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004, the support coordinator will assist the Resilience team by providing administrative and logistical support to maintain robust emergency plans and arrangements, help coordinate business continuity activities, and facilitate communication with internal and external partners.
By managing documentation, scheduling the on-call rota, maintaining records, conducting routine checks, and supporting engagement with stakeholders, the role strengthens Camdens ability to manage risks and maintain essential services during disruptions.
This position does not include participation in the 24/7 on-call rota but is critical in ensuring the team is well-prepared and organised for any incident. Ultimately, this role contributes to a safer, more resilient Camden by ensuring the Resilience team operates efficiently and effectively.
