Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance brand status, equity, and sales in key outlets within the On Trade sector.
2. Manage customer relationships through effective negotiation and conflict resolution.
3. Responsible for P&L within your customer portfolio, making ROI-driven decisions for growth.
4. Partner with marketing and advocacy teams to activate brands in outlets, increasing visibility and engagement.
5. Achieve distribution and activation targets consistently.
6. Coordinate with the curation manager on menu creation, activations, and customer engagement.
7. Forecast accurately and maintain performance management with attention to detail.
8. Stay informed on consumer trends and feed insights into brand and customer strategies.
Qualifications & Capabilities
* Commercial mindset with analytical skills and systems proficiency.
* Experience with luxury brands or high-end accounts is preferred.
* Existing network within the GB on-trade is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
* Deep understanding of consumer desires and brand heritage.
* Ability to engage decision-makers and ensure brand visibility in outlets.
