Pay Rate: £12.25Per Hour
Hours: 35 hours per week, 5/7 days a week straight shifts

Role Overview:
As a Front of House Steward, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for both staff and visitors. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that everyone feels welcomed and receives top-notch service during their time with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to our guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Provide seamless and personalized service to all customers.
- Utilise your knowledge of the menu to make recommendations and enhance the dining experience.
- Represent ESS with pride, maintaining our positive brand image at all times.
- Adhere to Food Handling & Hygiene standards as well as Health & Safety regulations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
