International Consumer Product Recruitment Expert
Location: London / South East – Hybrid
A highly respected global consumer brand is seeking an exceptional Marketing Director to lead its UK marketing strategy and team. Operating in the premium lifestyle space, this organisation has a heritage of quality, design, and performance, and is undergoing a significant evolution to meet the demands of a new generation of consumers.
This is a rare and highly confidential opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role where you will shape brand direction, deliver commercial impact, and champion innovation across multi-channel platforms – including retail, eCommerce, CRM, and experiential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and lead the UK marketing function, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand equity and commercial performance.
* Collaborate closely with global HQ to align regional initiatives with overarching brand positioning.
* Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team across brand, digital, CRM, PR, and trade marketing.
* Build strong cross-functional partnerships with sales, eCommerce, retail, and product teams.
* Analyse performance metrics and translate insights into action to optimise ROI and consumer engagement.
Candidate Profile:
* A strategic brand marketer with proven success in a senior leadership role within premium or aspirational consumer goods.
* Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape, particularly omni-channel and direct-to-consumer models.
* Commercially astute, data-informed, and creative in delivering high-impact campaigns.
* Natural leader with gravitas and the ability to influence at board level.
* Experience within international brand frameworks and matrixed environments is advantageous.
