Salary: £70,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer with the following qualifications: A background in Windows infrastructure and Azure tenancy administration. AZ-104 certification is essential. Experience with low-level cloud design and solution architecture. Strong collaborative and pragmatic technical/team leadership skills, including scheduling, allocating work, and mentoring. Familiarity with backup strategy alignment, monitoring, escalation, resolution, and management information (MI). Experience in maintaining infrastructure diagrams. A solid understanding of Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). Experience working in small to medium enterprises (SMEs) with Azure estates, specifically with around three subscriptions. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities: As the Cloud Infrastructure Lead / Manager, I will provide hands-on technical and team leadership to a small team responsible for: Deploying and configuring cloud services. Ongoing maintenance of Azure cloud services during the business's transition to the cloud. Producing configuration design documentation (Low-Level Design) for proposed solutions. Managing Azure tenancy administration and implementing cloud security infrastructure.
