Your role As a Technician at Vines, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for BMW and MINI vehicles. Hours: 40 hours Monday – Friday to cover our opening hours of 0800 - 1800 Salary: Uncapped and very achievable bonus scheme. Salary Bandings | | Salary | | Bonus | OTE Basic Service Technician | £28,840 | | £8,160 | £37,000 Service Technician (Non Brand / ATA) | £34,680 | | £6,360 | £41,040 ATA Technician | | £36,720 | | £6,360 | £43,080 BMW Accredited Senior £40, 800 | | £7,200 | £48,000 What you will be doing: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and technical issues on our vehicles. Diagnose and carry out repairs effectively and efficiently within manufacturers’ servicing and repair times. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles according to BMW standards Advise and report on vehicle and parts faults and servicing requirements noticed while working on vehicles, including future servicing repair requirements Look for ways to identify future customer costs savings by recommending preventative maintenance and appropriate vehicle expenditure Your profile Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
