Job Description:
As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Production & Logistics team, ensuring operations run smoothly across the European supply chain.
You’ll be responsible for:

Booking and tracking transport and courier collections
*
Managing export documentation and delivery notes
*
Maintaining accurate dispatch records
*
Updating ERP systems and spreadsheets
*
Liaising with transport providers and internal departments
*
Ensuring compliance with shipping and packaging documentation
*
Producing reports and supporting the European Logistics Manager
Skills & Experience:
To succeed as a Logistics Administrator, you will ideally have:

1–3 years’ experience in a similar role
*
Strong Excel and Outlook skills
*
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
*
Knowledge of Business Central (desirable)
*
A proactive, communicative, and adaptable approach
