About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Campaigns Manager to work on innovative new products and campaigns within the Environmental Care (EC) Business Unit. Reporting to the ECBU director, this role is responsible for all product communication across EC – external campaigns and internal communication.
You will have ownership across all EC subcategories (Thermal, purification and expansion) leading global campaigns and marketing lead for this subcategory, supported by a Campaign Manager and a Campaign Manager/Copywriter.
This involves holistic ownership of all product launches and campaign performance; from strategy to delivery to execution. You will be influencing and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders for full‑funnel delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, Claims, Legal, Competitor, Communications, Insights, Digital, Retail, Social, Creative, Owner experience, RDD, Quality, Markets, Revenue, Media.
Leadership: You are the global marketing lead for EC.
Set the go‑to‑market strategy for EC and ensure a ladder up to this.
Own the yearly EC budget for campaign creation, ensuring proper allocation based on business priorities.
Be the key Commercial voice for cross‑functional teams around the business – with product, market, owner and competitor knowledge for your subcategory to make decisions with confidence.
Identify opportunities across our consumer touchpoints like retail demo, retail fixtures, digital and build a strategy to continuously improve.
Review market launch plans and partner with market Heads to ensure a consistent and high level of global execution, facilitating global sharing where value‑adding.
Build strong relationships across a vast range of stakeholders – becoming the go‑to person for EC.
Rapidly digest and respond to senior stakeholder requests and, where required, problem‑solve to improve business performance.
Create effective campaign briefs for creative and channel teams, taking information from the product, local markets and previous launch learnings.
Full 360 campaign ownership, reviews, approvals and delivery – e.g. digital, social, retail, demonstrations, TV, OOH, post‑purchase, CRM, Comms. Delivery of strong campaign and operational kits to markets so they execute successfully and to a high standard.
Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver campaigns to markets on time, to brief and to cost – in partnership with Programme Management – finding solutions to meet market requirements.
Understand the product and technology, and gather consumer, market and competitor data to make campaigns as strong as possible.
Identify strong claims and partner with claims and legal to substantiate and roll‑out globally.
Push channels and creative teams to achieve brief objectives and best in class execution.
Monitor and report on market implementation of campaigns and marketing performance.
Oversee product copywriting.
Coach and develop Campaign managers and Copywriters.
Ensure alignment to overall objectives and EC strategy.
Remove barriers for your team to be successful.
