X1 Electrical Project Manager
The Role
You'll take ownership of M&E packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Typical responsibilities will include:
* Managing electrical and mechanical packages on healthcare schemes
* Coordinating with main contractors, consultants, and specialist subcontractors
* Driving programme, quality, and compliance across all MEP elements
* Reviewing designs, technical submissions, and ensuring buildability
* Overseeing installation, testing, commissioning, and handover
* Attending regular site meetings and reporting on progress
What They're Looking For
* Proven experience as an M&E / Building Services Project Manager
* Strong electrical or mechanical bias (or well-balanced both)
* Experience delivering healthcare or technically complex projects preferred
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programmes forward
* Strong understanding of commissioning and handover processes
The Package
* Salary: £75,000 – £80,000
