A day in the life of a Murphy IT Analyst/Support Engineer
* Collaborate within the IT department and the wider business, supporting service go-lives and project delivery.
* Ensure IT Operations tickets are created, updated, escalated, completed, and closed per SLA & Service Desk processes.
* Visit sites to set up IT equipment, ensuring consistency and standardization to meet KPIs.
* Certify that all office IT equipment is delivered and collected to support agile working.
* Set up and document site IT systems & equipment, asset tagging & tracking in the IT Asset Database.
* Support core desktop and mobile systems, including deployment of mobiles and Teams rooms VC suites.
* Assist IT Management in following procedures & policies.
* Participate in departmental & technical meetings to review progress and issues.
* Maintain safety and tidiness in server rooms, workshop areas, and project sites, reporting issues promptly.
* Understand business needs and suggest improvements to IT processes.
* Undertake any reasonable duties as assigned.
