A typical day will vary, however will include daily administrative tasks such as attending the Red to Green meeting, handling incoming telephone calls, updating patient files and dealing with confidential information, assisting with admissions and discharges, ordering stationary and clinical/ward stock supplies and non-stock ordering using the appropriate software packages.

Arranging meetings and taking minutes as required. Liaising with ward managers/staff and a wide range of people to include patients, families, staff, GPs and other healthcare and social care professionals.
