The home has been refurbished and is ready for a strong and experienced care home manager to take this home to the next level. Develop dementia care Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards. Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the home. Drive continual improvement in care quality, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Manage budgets and resources to maintain a cost-effective yet high-quality service. Candidate Requirements NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities or experience of managing a nursing home. Ideally holds or is working toward a management qualification such as Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or the Registered Manager's Award. Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a similar setting. Strong background in elderly, dementia care and challenging behaviour. Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams. Able to effectively manage budgets and resources, ensuring a cost effective service that does not compromise on quality.
