Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Negotiator, located in Holmfirth. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for handling property sales and negotiations, file progression, maintaining client relationships and conducting property viewings. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. We have a great team and want to add another great individual.
Qualifications
* Experience in property sales, progression and negotiation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Knowledge of the local real estate market in Huddersfield preferred.
* Valid driver's license. Pool car available for viewings.
