Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
* Be the go-to hero for 1st line IT support, handling tickets from our worldwide licensees.
* Approach every customer with empathy and understanding, ensuring smooth resolutions.
* Own problems, be proactive, and drive solutions with confidence.
* Provide expert guidance on Casino Management systems and assist end-users with seamless support.
* Escalate complex tech issues to our specialist teams and keep service standards sky-high.
* Participate in our on-call rota.
Qualifications
Components for success. You have...
* Solid experience with Windows OS.
* Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (scripting & admin level).
* At strong grasp of core network services.
* A sharp analytical mind, problem-solving prowess, and impeccable attention to detail.
* The attitude of a true team player with excellent communication skills in English.
You'll get extra points for...
* Having good French &/or Spanish language skills (not essential but a great plus).
* Possessing 2+ years of help desk or technical support experience.
