We’re on the lookout for passionate, experienced Support Workers to join our Bootle team for waking night shifts. If you’ve got the resilience, energy, and heart to support people with complex needs or behaviours that challenge, this is your moment.
Your Role as a Support Worker
Every night is different—but every night matters.
1. Support people to build life skills and greater independence
2. Be a calm, consistent presence during the night
3. Assist with evening routines, personal care, and safety checks
4. Keep care records up to date and follow support plans
5. Offer reassurance and support through active listening and presence
6. Foster genuine connections through empathy and understanding
What You Bring
7. Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
8. Excellent communication skills—both spoken and written
9. A calm, caring, and patient nature
10. Ability to work confidently independently and as part of a team
11. A proactive, flexible, and compassionate approach
