A new administration apprenticeship has become available in their Edinburgh office. This role will be support their Front of House team to ensure the provision of 5* professional service.
The Reception Admin Apprentice position will be paired with a Business Administration Apprenticeship, delivered by QA Ltd.
Responsibilities:
1. Meet and greet clients and notify the Burness Paull contact of their arrival
2. Answer all calls in a friendly and professional manner
3. Arrange travel and accommodation requirements in compliance with travel and expense policies
4. Issue and manage stock train tickets for travel between Glasgow and Edinburgh offices
5. Co-ordinate the meeting room diary ensuring all requirements for meeting/seminars/lunches/functions are noted and communicated
6. Assisting in arranging events/seminars to include equipment hire, ordering of supplies, assist with meet and greet for larger scale events
