Role overview:
Managing multiple projects at any one time, confidently speaking to clients, C- level candidates and be a Boolean searching expert to find hidden gems.
Duties are but not limited to:
* Discuss new vacancies with clients, proposing and agreeing a delivery plans
* Systematically working retainers and exclusive roles from cradle to grave
* Source for hard to find candidates using creative techniques to attract the best talent
* Market job vacancies utilising various platforms
* Consultatively interview C-level candidates with their and the clients best intentions at heart
* Diligently pull together recruitment projects and present to clients, consultatively showcasing how they can add value to their business
* Arranging and preparing candidates to interview
* Sell our services to new and existing clients as well as building lasting relationships with candidates (one day they maybe a decision maker)
To be consider for this opportunity you will have:
* Demonstrable experience as a Recruitment Consultant
* Confidence sourcing candidates at all levels
* Strong commercial awareness
* Expert level LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching skills or willing to learn
* A driving license and use of your own vehicle due to the remote location of some of our clients
* Personality – consultative, creative, forward thinking, diligent and most importantly with integrity.
