Role Overview
As a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will carry out a range of tasks to help us provide quality care and support for our residents. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and catering. You will play a part in creating a warm and homely environment for residents and build positive professional relationships with them.
