Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a focused territory sales plan targeting high-value industrial and construction prospects Maintain a strong, healthy pipeline with 8 quality face-to-face customer meetings per day Win, onboard, and grow key accounts while negotiating confidently within guidelines Work closely with service teams across the region to ensure excellent customer experience Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline/performance updates The Person Proven field sales experience within industrial, MRO, construction plant, or technical service sectors Strong account management and territory development skills Confident communication and the ability to build long-term customer relationships A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel daily across the region
