Sales Representative – Safety & Sustainability (UK Market)
We are looking for our future Sales Representative specializing in the Safety and Sustainability sectors within the UK market. This role is a vital part of our Commercial Team and will be critical in expanding our footprint in the UK. The position is based in the United Kingdom (with flexible working arrangements) and will require regular travel across the UK to meet clients and partners.
Role
As a Sales Representative reporting to the Head of Sales, your core mission will be to drive commercial success by focusing on safety‑critical and sustainability‑focused solutions.
* Prospecting and Opportunity Identification: Proactively prospect, identify, and qualify commercial opportunities within defined sectors (e.g., energy, aerospace, critical infrastructure) with a strong focus on safety & sustainability needs.
* Sales Cycle Management: Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, by providing a consultative and solution‑oriented approach.
* Client Relationship Management: Autonomously manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, adherence to commitments, and maximised economic interest.
* Go to market strategy for the UK: Defining and implementing the sales strategy for the UK market in line with the overall Airbus Protect strategy and priorities.
* Network Development: Expand your professional network of clients, key decision‑makers, and partners in the UK.
* Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, pre‑sales, and Business Units teams to ensure strategic alignment, timely responses to offers or tenders and customer satisfaction.
* Internal Coordination: Coordinate commercial activities with counterparts (Sales Cybersecurity) to ensure a cohesive, unified approach across all shared client accounts.
* Strategic Planning: Work with the Head of Sales to qualify and prioritise commercial actions in line with the company’s strategic growth objectives in the UK.

* Expertise: Solid knowledge of the Safety and/or Sustainability markets in the UK.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience (e.g., in B2B complex sales, solution selling, or technical sales).

Language Requirement
Fluency in English is mandatory. French is a plus.
