Role Summary
Are you looking to develop new skills while supporting people to take part in research across community, primary care, residential, and hospital settings? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Band 4 Assistant Clinical Research Practitioner to join our Agile Research Delivery Team in Devon.
In this role, you will support the delivery of National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) portfolio studies, working closely with Research Nurses, Clinical Research Practitioners (CRPs), Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), and Research Facilitators. You will help identify, recruit, and follow up with participants in line with study protocols.

As part of the Regional Research Delivery Network (RRDN), you will work flexibly across a range of settings and specialities, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and building strong relationships with colleagues, patients, carers, and the public to support high-quality, inclusive research.
This role involves travel across multiple sites, so a full driving licence and access to a car are essential. Travel expenses will be reimbursed in line with the Trust’s expenses policy.
