The Opportunity Lincolnshire Country Council are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Associate to join them. The position is to be the first point of contact for local services including Libraries and Heritage enquiries. You will be required to gather and process information efficiently and accurately. About you To be a successful Customer Service Associate you will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and excellent communication skills. Good IT skills with a competency in using Microsoft Office and Windows is also essential! Where will I work? Offices are based in Lincoln City Centre at Lancaster House. What hours will I work? Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00 excluding Bank Holidays. You must be available to work Monday-Friday over the festive period excluding Bank Holidays (Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year's Day). This position is for an initial 4 weeks. Training will be given
