You'll work alongside GP partners, advanced clinical practitioners, pharmacists, physiotherapists, social prescribers, nurses, and healthcare assistants - all committed to supporting each other and our patients.
The Role
As a Salaried GP, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality primary care.
Your work will include:
1. Managing acute and chronic conditions across all age groups
2. Conducting face-to-face, telephone, and video consultations
3. Prescribing and overseeing medicines management
4. Coordinating referrals and follow-ups
5. Participating in health promotion and preventive care initiatives
6. Engaging in clinical governance and quality improvement
7. Contributing to teaching and mentorship opportunities (optional)
8. 15 patient contacts per session
9. Low volume of home visits

Compensation & Benefits
16. Starting salary: £12,000 per session, rising to £12,500
