You’ll play an integral role in guiding clients through the funding process, working with a wide range of stakeholders across and outside the business. With your commitment to outstanding client care, you’ll help ensure every client feels supported and informed from day one.

Main Responsibilities:
14. Liaising with clients to gain consent to take out insurance policies
15. Incepting and updating insurance policies throughout the life of the case
16. Dealing with queries from lawyers
17. Contacting third party insurers to conduct BTE checks
18. Processing insurance claims and uploading disbursement vouchers
19. Assisting the Funding Supervisor with reconciliations and any other ad hoc admin jobs as required
20. Working collaboratively with the accounts team to ensure insurance claims are allocated correctly
Essential Skills and Experience:
21. Excellent customer service skills
22. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
23. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
24. Basic excel skills to be able to support management with reconciliations
Desirable Skills and Experience:
25. Experience of working with a case management system
26. Understanding of ATE and BTE insurance
