About Our Client

Job Description
3. Supervise operatives to ensure responsive repairs are completed efficiently and effectively
4. Conduct pre and post inspections to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards
5. Liaise proactively with residents, client representatives, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain excellent service levels
6. Monitor health and safety compliance and enforce company policies on site
7. Manage variations, material orders, and keep detailed, accurate records
8. Provide regular updates and reports to the Contract Manager on team performance and project progress
The Successful Applicant
9. Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification
10. Full UK driving licence (essential for site visits and operational mobility)
11. Proven supervisory experience in responsive maintenance or a related field, ideally within social housing
12. Strong understanding of social housing repairs and relevant legislation
