Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and confident Children's Entertainer to join our growing events team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for performance, working with children, and delivering fun, interactive party experiences.
You'll lead party games, dance sessions, and interactive activities — helping create magical memories for children and their families. Perfect for those with a background in performing arts, education, childcare, or similar.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver fun, structured entertainment at children's events and parties
* Lead group activities such as dancing and games
* Host kids' club sessions during school holidays
* Engage confidently with children and parents
* Transport and set up entertainment materials (equipment provided)
* Maintain a high standard of professionalism and safety
Requirements
* Confident performer with excellent communication skills
* Experience working with children (entertainment, teaching, childcare, theatre, etc.)
* Available to work weekends (mainly Saturdays & Sundays)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
* Willingness to complete a DBS check (if not already held)
Desirable Skills
* Background in performing arts (dance, acting, music)
* Experience leading workshops or group activities
* First aid certification (optional)
