You will own the global PR and Influencer strategy, driving brand visibility, desirability, and engagement across key markets. Working closely with Marketing, and Creative teams, you’ll deliver compelling storytelling moments through strong media relationships, influencer partnerships, and on-brand activations.This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for a communications leader with both creative flair and commercial awareness.

The Role
* Lead global influencer strategy across the UK and US, prioritising authentic, long-term relationships that build brand equity and measurable results.
* Manage the influencer gifting programme, guiding a team to deliver targeted outreach aligned with launches and product priorities.
* Assess creators by fit, engagement, and business impact.
* Monitor influencer performance, analysing reach, EMV, engagement, and conversion to link activity directly to results.
* Support relationship-building trips or appointments in key markets such as New York or Los Angeles.
* Develop and execute a proactive seasonal press strategy to secure earned media across fashion, lifestyle, and business titles.
* Build strong relationships with editors, journalists, stylists, and VIP contacts, especially in the UK and US.
* Manage media lists and coverage, ensuring a forward-looking press calendar with timely brand stories and product news.
* Partner with the Content team to produce and distribute press materials and media assets.
* Plan and execute press days, influencer appointments, and gifting suites that support launches and key brand moments.
* Oversee all event elements, from concept and guest list strategy to logistics and post-event reporting.
* Support wider brand activations with PR and influencer integration.
* Collaborate with performance marketing to align influencer activity with affiliate goals.
* Partner with wholesale teams to drive local press and influencer visibility around retail openings or regional campaigns.
* Manage PR and influencer budgets, ensuring all activity is cost-effective and well-documented.
* Maintain accurate tracking and reporting using data insights to inform strategy.
Requirements
* 5+ years’ experience in PR and influencer marketing, ideally in luxury or premium fashion.
* Established media and influencer relationships across the UK and US, with awareness of emerging voices and market trends.
* Proven track record of driving earned media coverageand impactful, non-paid influencer programmes.
* Skilled at leading and mentoring junior team members.
* Highly organised, analytical, and creative — with strong storytelling instincts and commercial understanding.
* Passionate about craftsmanship, sustainability, and shaping the future of modern luxury.
