Netley Court is a purpose-built 65 bedded residential care home set in the heart of the village of Netley Abbey caring for dementia and residential residents.
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and reliable carers to be part of our care team looking after our residential and dementia residents.
We offer competitive hourly pay, paid breaks, uniform and paid DBS along with additional company benefits. Responsibilities
Care for residential and dementia residents in a close-knit team, promoting choice, individuality and independence at all times. Carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids as required, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Person Specification / Qualifications
* Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids
* NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications (or willingness to attend)
* Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
