The role is delivery-focused initially, you'll have live roles to work on from day one. You ; -Inquisitive, emotionally intelligent, and conscientious. -Someone who wants to people who want to make a difference in other people's lives, whilst striving to achieve excellence. -High level of literacy, the ability to write targeted individual approaches to passive candidates. -Ability to control the candidate process from identification, through to qualification and closing. -Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at one time. -Manage a portfolio of candidates and have a detailed knowledge of each candidate. -The ability to listen and learn and continuously thrive to improve. -Great customer service skills, someone who strives to provide an unrivalled candidate and client experience. -Relationship building by listening and understanding what's needed at any point in the process Strong communication skills. -Positive attitude - no mood hoovers!
