Job Description
What You’ll Do
* Deliver volume, value, and profit targets aligned with budgeted expectations.
* Support the growth of Valeo's branded and private-label ranges with Brakes and Bidfood through end-user and contract customer execution.
* Take full ownership of medium-sized customer accounts, delivering against commercial goals.
* Partner with and help coordinate the activities of a third-party agency handling smaller foodservice customers.
* Build and execute strategic account plans to grow range, distribution, and customer engagement.
* Manage core processes including forecasting, pricing, promotional planning, and master data.
* Act as the day-to-day customer contact across product portfolios, ensuring excellent service and strong relationships.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in sales, marketing, supply chain, category, technical, and NPD.
* Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with key customers in foodservice or a similar commercial environment.
* A strong understanding of customer dynamics and commercial performance drivers.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively.
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage accounts end-to-end – from planning to execution.
* Strong skills in data analysis, forecasting, and promotional ROI evaluation.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
* A proactive mindset and desire to grow with a business that values ambition and collaboration.
