The position will lead the marketing strategy and manage a team of four. This is a critical position where you'll shape brand positioning, drive demand generation across multiple acquisition streams, and ensure measurable campaign impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned to commercial growth objectives
* Oversee campaign performance through direct reports, defining KPIs and driving ROI
* Lead comprehensive rebrand from positioning through to market rollout
* Drive demand generation across problem-aware, solution-aware, and existing customer segments
What We're Looking For
* Senior B2B tech marketing experience
* Proven track record of delivering marketing strategy that drives measurable growth
* Experience leading rebrands or significant brand repositioning with commercial impact
* Strong leadership skills managing both creative and analytical team members
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and senior-level presentation skills
* Familiarity with marketing platforms (Dynamics, HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, PPC, SEO)
