Responsibilities
* MODU for subsea P&A activities to support the MODU and LWIV campaigns.
* Provide leadership, direction and technical expertise to the onshore and offshore MODU teams to ensure that the MODU operational planning and delivery maximize safety and efficiency in accordance with company objectives, standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
* Plan, develop and execute the MODU and LWIV P&A campaign, ensuring all activities are undertaken in a safe and environmentally acceptable manner and in strict compliance with company standards and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
* Supervise and coordinate the onshore and offshore subsea resources, ensuring activities are prioritized effectively and that the team delivers results in line with approved plans and timescales.
* Manage offshore operations, working closely with offshore supervisors and key contract subsea personnel and rig contractor personnel; take a lead role in communication, planning and decision-making processes to ensure programmes are delivered safely and effectively.
Qualifications
* Degree qualified in a relevant technical/engineering discipline.
* Extensive experience as a Wells Superintendent supervising MODU subsea drilling, completion, intervention and abandonment operations.
* Experience working in an Operator environment on mature assets.
* Strong technical knowledge in the wells subsea area, with demonstrable experience in Vertical and Horizontal Xmas Tree (XT) systems, associated tooling and Completion/Workover (C/WO) riser systems.
* Experience with a range of tree configurations from different suppliers (OSS VHT, BH VXT, OSS HXT, BH HXT).
* Proven track record of successfully leading onshore and offshore MODU teams.
* Valid IWCF Level 4 certificate for subsea activities at supervisor level.
* All industry competency certifications required for the role: BOSIET with CA-EBS, Medical, and MIST.
