About the Role:
We’re currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team working day shifts for a well-established logistics company. This role involves trunking, store deliveries, general haulage, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving Class 1 vehicles (articulated lorries)
2. Completing deliveries and collections as scheduled
3. Carrying out daily vehicle checks
4. Ensuring compliance with all driving and working time regulations
5. Representing the company in a professional manner
Requirements:
6. Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
7. Driver CPC and Tacho Card
8. Minimum 6 months of Class 1 driving experience preferred
9. Good understanding of health and safety
10. Excellent timekeeping and communication skills
