Benefits Renewals: Support the coordination and administration of annual benefits renewals to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Plan Design: Assist the team with the development and enhancement of benefit programs at local, regional, and global levels, balancing employee needs with organizational priorities. Vendor Management: Partner with external providers to maintain strong relationships, secure high-quality services, and drive cost-effective solutions. Data Analysis: Review and interpret benefits data to identify key insights and trends, providing recommendations that shape and improve benefit offerings. Employee Communication: Contribute to the creation of clear and engaging communication materials to help employees understand and make the most of their benefits.
