Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including food and drink, personal care, and mobility.
* Provide companionship and support to improve residents’ quality of life.
* Follow care plans and record observations accurately.
* Ensure each resident receives one‑to‑one time and personalized support.
* Support the team in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
